Halašová, R. Impacts of the Euro adoptions on inbound tourism in Lithuania. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel university, 2022. The aim of this thesis is research impact on inbound tourism in Lithuania. The first part of this thesis presented the characteristics of inbound tourism and the factors that influence it. The advantages and disadvantages of adopting euro and the effects of euro were also explained. In this part are also describe tourism of Lithuania and that how euro adoption affect development of Lithuania. The aim of this thesis is fulfilled through comparison of selected indicators of tourism in Lithuania and in the control group, benchmark. The control group, benchmark, was created as an arithmetic average of selected countries. After evaluating the criteria for creating benchmark, for benchmark were selected this countries: the Czech republic, Poland and Hungary. The indicators, which are compared between Lithuania and benchmark are the numbers of arrival from euro area members, the total contribution of tourism to GDP, the employment in tourism and the accommodation capacity. Based on the result of the analysis, we can state that the euro adoptions has had the positive effect on inbound tourism in Lithuania.

This diploma thesis deals with the introduction of direct air routes and their influ-ence on the development of tourism in the destination. The theoretical background is thematically elaborated within the framework of literature review, the methodology is then based on available foreign studies, together with methods for primary data collection. The practical part begins with the analysis of the higher territorial administrative unit and then applies the methodology within the case study for the South Moravian Region. Graphical and statistical evaluations of the obtained data are completed with comments. Based on the results, recommendations for stakeholders are formulated.
Ethical aspects of intercultural phenomenon of Czech Republic inbound tourism focused on Russian tourists

1 ABSTRACT This analytical-empiric study presents ethical aspects of the intercultural phenomenon in inbound tourism of Czech Republic focused on Russian tourists mapping topic which hasn't been covered in such a wide scope yet. The multicultural and intercultural definition of the words is described in great depth in the theoretical part of the of this study as the terminology is strongly ambiguous. The special attention is not only paid to the interests and preferences of the tourists but also to the history especially aimed to so-called "Russian soul" and delimitation of the position "we" and "they" and "they" and "we". The data, collected by quantitative and qualitative author's research, complete and penetrate the whole theoretical frame of the study. The research part contains quantitative (24 subjects) and qualitative (2 respondents) research. It detects ethic dilemma and presents the specifics of the Russian tourists in inbound tourism of Czech Republic. We present the result as a substantiated constatation that the category "they" has a lot of prejudice from both sides and it causes unpleasant conflicts which can be prevented when the knowledge of when and how the prejudice was created is in place. Prague City Tourism Organization and Its Importance for Tourism in Prague

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to analyse the activities of the Prague City Tourism organization which represents an important business concerning the incoming tourism field in Prague. A particular emphasis was put on the Visitor Services department, especially on the tourist visitor centres which are administered by it. Within the analysis, statistical data on the incoming tourism in Prague from 2015 and 2016 were processed using the comparison method. Within the bachelor thesis, the tourist pass called Prague Card was also presented. In the practical part a S.W.O.T. analysis of the visitor centres was done, based on Prague City Tourism environment knowledge and the secondary data analysis. Furthermore, there was a primary research performed by the author (using mainly the questioning method) which took place in visitor centres in Prague. The figures obtained during the research were evaluated in the thesis as well. An insight into the future of Prague City Tourism was also given in the practical part. Using every piece of knowledge mentioned, several measures were suggested in order to optimize the operation of visitor centres and the Prague Card product.
Israel: position on the international tourism market

The aim of this diploma thesis is to give an overview of the position of Israel in the international tourism market. In the introductory part, the thesis deals mainly with the theoretical definition of tourism and focuses mainly on the indicators that can assess the potential for tourism development. The second chapter summarizes the basic data on Israel, including the religion, which is absolutely crucial here. In addition to that, this chapter sums up the basic macroeconomic indicators that can describe the Israeli economy. The last chapter lists the specific prerequisites for the development of tourism in Israel, including not only cultural and natural monuments but also transport, accommodation and catering services offered by Israel to its visitors.
The Position of South Korea in Inbound Tourism of Asia and Pacific Region

This diploma thesis analyses the position of South Korea in inbound tourism of macro-region Asia and Pacific. The main purpose is to evaluate the current and future potential of South Korea's inbound tourism and to define the position of South Korea in inbound tourism of the region based on detailed statistical analysis and competitiveness evaluation of South Korea. Firstly, South Korea was analysed from the political and economical perspective and later on the thesis focused on preconditions of tourism and tourist regions folowed by statistical analysis of the inbound tourism indicators. Moreover, the tourist arrivals of Czech citizens to South Korea were analysed. The competitiveness of South Korea was evaluated based on GCI and TTCI indexes. Lastly, the future development of international arrivals to South Korea was predicted based on regression analysis.
Development of incoming tourism on Bali and sustainability

This batchelor thesis is focused on tourist industry at Bali and its sustainability. The main goal of this thesis is to analyse the impact of tourist industry at local society and enviroment. This analyse is based on a developement of tourism at Bali. In theoretical part are explained main terms acoording to topic of my thesis, like forms of tourist industry, influence/impact of tourist industry and sustainability. This terms are valid for understanding my thesis. In next part are mentioned some basic informatik about Bali. Next chapters are focused on detailed evaluation of tourist industry ever since the first visitor that has came in until the last 15 years of increasing interest in Bali and its impact on current situation at Bali. In these chapters are also suggestions and possibilites for Bali to keep this developement in balance. Last two chapters are about definic the relationship between czech visitou and Bali, and also czech organisations and projects that are based on Bali and want to help locals. The real relationship that czech visitors have to Bali is find through questionnaire, which is explained in last chapter of this thesis.
Health tourism of the Czech Republic - assisted reproduction

The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the position of the Czech Republic in the field of health tourism, particularly assisted reproduction. The theoretical chapters include the definitions of the following topics: health tourism, organization of tourist agents and tour operators, marketing methods and the issue of assisted reproduction. In the analytic part, the offer of the Czech Republic in this field is described, the survey investigating customer behaviour of the patients as tourists is evaluated and SWOT analysis of the Czech Republic and of its offer in the field of assisted reproduction is conducted. In the last part of the thesis, a tourism product including a fertility treatment is created and some distribution channels are suggested.
